Terms and Conditions

We understand that appointments will need to be changed and cancelled from time to time. In order to facilitate our clients we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Please note our specific policies below:

• A credit card is required when booking appointments in advance.
• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation charge applies.
• If you fail to show for an appointment (without any prior notice), a 100% cancellation charge will be applied.
• Discounted treatments or promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
• Courses must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• All treatments will be tailored to achieve optimal results, and this will be reviewed with you during your consultation.
• For initial treatments, clients must arrive ten minutes early to complete their consultation forms.
• We only take card payments
